General
Why am I not getting EMI option?
Please check your eligibility under the Eligibility FAQs . Make sure your order value exceeds the minimum purchase price of INR 10,000. No-cost EMI is available on select courses. Please check the course page.
Note: EMI option is not available for Exports/International customers.
Why has my EMI not been processed?
Banks process EMIs within 2-4 days. It may initially deduct the whole money from your credit/debit card and convert the amount (expect down payment) into EMI within 2-4 days.
How can I close my EMI earlier?
For EMI purchases using credit/debit card purchases: Contact your bank to close your EMI early, subject to foreclosure fees as per their policy.
Is refund available on No Cost EMI?
No, refunds are not supported on No Cost EMIs.
Is there any additional Fee or tax applicable on No Cost EMI?
KSITE does not charge any fee for your orders on EMI (including No-cost-EMI). However, your bank may charge a processing fee. Please check with your bank for charges. Since interest to be charged by the bank will be given as upfront discount on payment, banks charge GST on the interest amount.
Eligibility
How do I know if I am eligible for EMI?
If you are eligible for EMI then you will be able to checkout using the EMI options. Banks determine customer eligibility based on your mobile number and order amount for the requested transaction.
How do I know if I am eligible for EMI?
The customer can view the reason for ineligibility and choose to either use a different mobile number for the chosen payment instrument and try again or opt for a different payment instrument/method.
What could be a few reasons for ineligibility?
- Account does not exist
- User is not approved
- Expired credit limit
- Exhausted credit limit
- Inactive credit limit
- Minimum amount
- Maximum amount limit required
Debit Card No Cost EMI
What does Debit EMI work?
Debit EMI is a new EMI method. The bank won’t block your card and you don’t need the full amount in your account to transact. Your bank will deduct the monthly EMI from your account using the pre-approved overdraft facility. Currently HDFC, SBI, Axis, ICICI, Federal, and Kotak Mahindra offer debit cards EMI.
What is the minimum balance required in my account to avail Debit Card EMI?
None. You need not have any minimum balance in your accounts while placing the order. However, you need to ensure that your accounts have sufficient funds to pay the EMI due every month.
How will I know if I am eligible for Debit Card EMI?
You can check your eligibility by sending the SMS – DCEMI last 4 digits of Debit Card number
to 56767
, from you registered mobile number.
What is the criteria to avail Debit Card EMI?
To avail Debit Card EMI you should pass the eligibility criteria set by your banks. The minimum order amount on the Checkout should be ₹5000 (for HDFC and IndusInd debit cards).
Can I change the EMI plan after placing the order?
No, EMI plans cannot be changed after an order is placed.
What is the last date for registration?
No, You need not pay any down-payment amount to avail the Debit Card EMI option.
Do I need to pay any down-payment to avail Debit Card EMI?
Kindly refer to the respective course page for the registration date and other details. In case the date is not mentioned or for any other query, contact us.

Login & Registration
Why has my account been blocked?
Learner’s accounts are blocked if they try to take more than 3 screenshots in the iOS app.
How to unblock the account?
To unblock an account, write an email to support@ksite.in with the subject ”Request to unblock account”. Make sure to mention your registered email id in the mail.
I am unable to login into my account.
There could be multiple reasons why you are unable to login into your account. Try the following steps to login.
- Try to login from the same device you had registered.
- Check the user id and password again.
- Try to reset your password by clicking on the ”forgot password” option.
How many devices can I login from
The number of devices one can login from are as follows-
- web limit – 1
- app limit – 1
I am unable to login from the same device
Write an email to support@ksite.in with the subject ”Unable to login”. Make sure to mention your registered email id in the mail.
What is the registration process?
The steps to register for the courses are –
- Login to the ksite.in website.
- Select a course as per your requirement.
- Click on the ”Enroll Now” button.
- Make the payment.
